MGPS International is the practice of Portuguese solicitor Francisco Gomes Pereira, serving people who live outside Portugal or are coming from abroad.
Who we are
Every day, we deal with inheritances, property and land in Portugal. Experience has taught us that many problems can't be solved with legal knowledge alone: you also need to know where each plot is, where it ends and how it is described in each record.
So we brought the two together. The practice is led by a solicitor who is also a cadastral technician and a qualified BUPi technician, and who works every day with Portugal's land registries, Tax Office, municipalities and Directorate-General for the Territory.
