MGPS International is the name under which Francisco Gomes Pereira practises as a solicitor and provides land cadastre services. It is not a company.

Professional rules

The practice of solicitors is governed by the Statute of the Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução, available on the Order's website. Tax services are provided by the team's tax specialists, and accounting services by partners, when requested.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can send any complaint directly to the practice, by email to info@mgps.pt or by post to the professional address, or use the official Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), available at the office and online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. Matters of professional conduct may also be raised with the Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução.

Alternative dispute resolution. In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre), www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt.
